If they can't fix your tv, they will tell your warranty company that they "can't duplicate the problem" and get your warranty claim denied. The service technician John returned my TV after having it for two weeks, tested it in my living room and told me that the problem was not fixed after trying several different things to make it work. He wrote that it was not fixed on my return receipt before telling me he would leave the TV and call me the next day to discuss next steps. The next day he called the warranty company and told them he could not duplicate the problem and the TV was working fine. My claim was denied and they have refused to come out despite several requests. Despite having purchased an extended warranty on my television, I have a TV that doesn't work and will not be fixed because of John and Tino's TV repair. Think twice before before trusting them. Update - I dropped my television off at a different tv repair shop 3 days ago. They were able to test and diagnose the problem in less than ten minutes. They ordered the part that was needed and replaced it. I picked up the television today. It is now working as it should and I have sent a copy of the bill to the warranty company who will no doubt refuse to reimburse me, as John at Tino’s told them there was no problem with the TV when they were unable to fix it.
Excellent customer service. We've used Tinos several times over the past few years and have always been impressed by their service. For our most recent repair, they picked up our TV at 8:30 pm and had it back to us by 3:30pm the next day. We've always been treated fairly on price as well. We're glad to have found them.
John is amazing Lost art.came to my house set up a loaner TV. Took my 52 inch LG that Xfinity Comcast told me it was no good. Open up the back check the boards everything good TV works he came back did the exchange and it cost me $63.
THANK YOU JON!!! Seriously, we bought a Sony Bravia 55" 4K TV at Best Buy in 2016, and it failed a few months ago. No power, nothing. No warranty, and Geek Squad didn't want to help since the TV was over 5 years old. Jon from Tino's TV Repair is part of a dying breed of craftsmen. He drove to my house, helped dismount the TV from the wall bracket, took it back to his shop, had it diagnosed in just a couple days (dead motherboard), got a brand new part, repaired it, reprogrammed the TV, delivered it back to my house, and helped remount it back on the wall, all at a very reasonable price. That was a few weeks ago and it works like a charm. Grea... THANK YOU JON!!! Seriously, we bought a Sony Bravia 55" 4K TV at Best Buy in 2016, and it failed a few months ago. No power, nothing.
