I live in South Bound Brook, NJ. To be clear, I did not know anything about Save Haven nor its people before I brought my computers to them in March of 2024. They're just a local business in my town that recently took over the space that had been a local pharmacy. I am giving 5 out of 5 stars for Vic, George and Tim at Safe Haven. Here's the condensed backstory: I own two Dell desktops: an older OptiPlex 9010 with two standard hard drives and a much newer OptiPlex 7090 with two SSD hard drives. That's my primary machine and has 1,000s of files of my photography and my own music that I've recorded. Suddenly and without warning this mac... I live in South Bound Brook, NJ. Because the machine is much newer, my first call was to Dell Pro Support, who informed me the service plan had expired two weeks prior. They also did run some remote tests. They came up with all hardward passing tests and suggested I do a full reinstall. That's their easy go-to which would wipe out all my data. So I hung up, made an appointment with Geek Squad but then found Safe Haven. I called them, arranged to bring in my Dell and canceled Geek Squad. Best thing I could have done. The first thing George did was get into my drives to see if my files were OK. They were. He copied everything to keep it safe. Then they went to work figuring out what happened. I had the machine back within 3-4 business days at an excellent price and with excellent service. I also brought in my 9010 which had both hard drives replaced and a new power supply. I had that one back in 1-2 business days, also at an excellent price and with excellent service. Thanks guys, you are the best. ~ Bob B.
My father bought a comouter from Safe Haven in 2015. It is the best service. Just this week we brought an old computer we thought couldnt be repaired and the technicians fixed it perfect. We recommend this store for all your central NJ computer needsπ―π―π―π―
Vic and his team are second to none. They have excellent customer service. They respond to issues immediately. They are always available to answer questions. We are more than pleased with the secure medical system they created for our private practice. They installed our new system around our work schedule seamlessly. We had no interruptions with our patient care during the install process. Every things works great. The new secure system improved our work flow and communications. We recommend Safe Haven Computers highly.
for the second year in a row, I brought in my HP laptop for repairs for unusual hardware problems problems where the motherboard is not replaceable because it's 5 years old. Lots of strange freeze up software problems that requires time to analyze and fix. The Safe Haven team has done a great job fixing this twice, and charging in my mind very little for getting five businesses back up and running. Excellent work guys, thank you for being of service, couldn't ask for better
