II had a terrible experience at this Togo location. The man who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. He even made racist comments about Dominicans, which was completely unnecessary and offensive. I went there within three days to fix my radio, but he refused to do the work unless I paid him upfront before even checking what was wrong. There was no respect, no professionalism, and I left feeling very disappointed. Take care of yourself if you go there — this is not how customers should be treated.

Bobby’s Tv & Radio Shop did not disappoint, took my 20 year old Bose 3.2.1 in for a subwoofer repair and they brought it back to life. Worth every dollar spent. Keep in mind if you want it done right leave it to the professionals.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS If you have a newer model television they completely rip you off. Using defective and cheap chinese parts so your TV breaks AGAIN in the same exact way. After spending almost 300$ this should never happen. It seems they do this so u can go back to them. On the phone they speak in a way, making you feel like they will fix the problem they NEVER fixed in the first place. Then hit you with another huge bill. & they don't care about people at all. Only money. I've now spent more in repairs then the TV costs itself. & I won't be surprised if it's broken again very soon. Very jankie place.

I took my TV there to be fixed, but it was never repaired. After just two days, it stopped working again. When I went back, the man was very rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate, even racist, comments. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I would never take my TV there again or recommend this place to anyone.
