I had a great experience with NARFIX! Nas and Blaze came out to diagnose our faulty heat pump and as suspected, it was time to replace the 20+ year old unit. Nas made a great recommendation for a replacement and he was able to secure all necessary equipment one day ahead of schedule. The overall process was very straightforward and efficient. I really appreciate Nas taking the time to address any questions or concerns that I had along the way. While larger companies are charging just to dispatch a technician, NARFIX is striving to offer top notch customer service while keeping their prices affordable and competitive. Not only are the professionals at NARFIX knowledgeable in the trade, they are also passionate about what they do.

In addition to being very knowledgeable, this technician is very kind as a person. To have to deal with an HVAC issue is stressful enough to have to deal with an unpleasant technician. I had 3 different technicians to look at the issue and they all had different diagnostic and none worked. Narfix technician arrived and first provided me with an emergency heating before obtaining the defective part. I can't overstate how knowledgeable and easy going these guys are.
