I had Richard meet me at a job site to review a flooring job and give me a price to do the work. I must have talked to his staff six to eight times before requesting his cell number. Everytime I called him it went to voice mail. After seven weeks I was done with Tilecraft and moved on. I will never do business with them again.

This tile center had some of the nicest tiles I have ever seen. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Better than any big box stores. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for beautiful tile!!
