I called Ocean Breeze to get a quote on a new roof. Andrew came out immediately and gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed and booked them. They accommodated our schedule and came out quickly. They were amazing in how quickly they performed the necessary work. Andrew and Dan were very easy to work with.They left the site clean and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any roofing, gutter, or downspout issues.

We had a roof and two skylights replaced by Andrew and his team. Andrew was very responsive throughout the process, from getting an estimate to day-of-work updates. The crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves well. They were even able to deal with some tricky solar panels that were hooked up to our hot water. I would happily recommend Ocean Breeze to anyone looking to have a new roof and will be using them for any of my future home needs.

Within the first year of our new home we found rainwater leaking from the roof vent into our kitchen stove's exhaust system. I applied roof sealant around the vent but it still leaked. Andy of Ocean Breeze Property Services came out promptly (after 7pm!), provided diagnosis, and quickly, thoroughly, expertly fixed the leakage. His fix let us avoid the worst case, more expensive solution of replacing the roof vent. Andy is professional, personable, punctual, and experienced. I recommend Ocean Breeze Property Services.
