Wonderful experience both in store and during installation. We had old carpet removed, new carpeting put on the stairs and the biggest job: leveling the floor and placing vinyl planking in the basement. From start to finish, Greg, Maggie, Abbey, Bob, Shawn and Dave were fantastic. All our needs were met and the quality of materials and professionalism and courtesy of staff were fantastic. Our thanks to all who helped make this such a positive experience.

Island carpet did a great job replacing a bedroom carpet for me. They guided me to a good product at a price within my budget. The installer was on time and very courteous. He removed the old carpet and did a beautiful job installing the new one - all within about a week. I highly recommend!
