I had a broken garage door spring and needed a repair fast. I called Tier One Garage Door Service and they were excellent from start to finish. Zach was the technician who came out and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the garage door spring, explained the repair clearly, and had everything fixed the same day. The garage door is now working smoothly and much quieter than before. It’s hard to find reliable garage door repair in Austin, but this company really delivered.
