Chase came out to our house in Austin on the same day I called and was able to fit me in at the end of his shift which was extremely appreciated! He completed motor calibration and door maintenance very quickly. He was an extremely effective communicator as well! I strong recommend this company!
Best prices, by far. Austin and his new team member showed up on time, and even helped me cover my car, parked outside so they could work, before a thunderstorm rolles through. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. Outstanding service! This should be your first and only stop when having garage door openers installed or serviced.
Very quick response! Technician Chris’s was very knowledgeable about his job , friendly, came quickly, and responsibility! He worked in details, cleaned out cable systems as well as lubricants them thoroughly! He also evaluated our other garage door and maintained its lubricants system! At the end, he gave us some advice of maintaining the garage and again reminding us the warranty of the parts and labor!
