I’m a returning customer, which is why this experience was disappointing. I reached out seeking clarification on a repair, not to argue or assign blame. During a follow-up call, the technician repeatedly cut me off and stated that I was “trying to take money from someone.” That was a distasteful and unwarranted assumption, especially since I was asking for professional guidance in good faith. After that interaction, I attempted to contact the Beaumont office to make them aware of the situation, but my calls would not go through. I ultimately had to call the toll-free number, which routed me back to the Beaumont location. While someone did take my report, I was not provided a manager’s name, email, or a corporate contact, and I had to repeatedly request that my report be read back to ensure it was documented accurately. I later confirmed that my number was blocked, as calls from my phone would not connect, while calls placed from another phone did go through. I have screenshots documenting this. I then spoke with someone at the Houston office, who assured me that this situation would be acknowledged and that someone would be calling me back. I will update this review accordingly. One office staff member I spoke with earlier was professional and handled the situation appropriately. Unfortunately, the technician’s conduct, communication barriers, and lack of transparency outweighed that positive interaction. Based on my prior experiences, I expected neutral, professional service. At this point, I am reconsidering whether to continue using this company entirely.
