I could not be more pleased with the job done by Thomas Fence. My sales rep Ernest was great, straight shooter, easy to work with and kept me posted every step of the way. The installers did a phenomenal job too, it was a relatively unique project with grade differences along the fence line, but they handled it with ease. Price was fair, great communication and an amazing end product - highly recommend Thomas Fence! 2026 UPDATE: Knocked down a star. The fence has been great, my experience with follow-ups has not. I reached out to Thomas for help with repairs after a vehicle caused some fence damage. It was much more difficult than it should have been to get in touch with someone (they outsourced their answering service since the fence install) and weeks later I still haven't received the itemized breakout that insurance is requiring. Thomas Fence does great work if you can get in touch with them, but this has been a frustrating experience.
