So I am a Chief Engineer at a hotel. I came across Aire Serve on accident and I’m so glad I did. They treated me amazing from the second I spoke to them on the phone. They replaced my pool heater and fixed the exhaust issues I was having from the original contractor that didn't do it right. They did everything start to finish at a very reasonable rate and they did it quick! Since then, I have a big heating/AC unit on my roof that needs a specialist to work on go down the other day. So I called them back and they came out the following day as agreed upon because it wasn't an emergency, even tho they asked if I needed them that day and I said no, and Rick quickly figured out the issues. Parts are on order and they will be out to fix it as soon as the parts come in. Again, very reasonable rates to fix this monster unit! Rick and his team at Aire Serv of Rochester will be the only company that will ever touch any of my units again. I never leave Google reviews but I honestly cant say enough good stuff about them.
