Daflure is the third company since we moved into this house, and they are fabulous to deal with. Samantha at the office is always ready to help when needed and Sheldon, their tech who comes out, might be the best tech I have had service my home in my 60 years on the planet. He is thorough, very respectful of property and makes suggestions to improve efficiency and comfort. I don't feel like I am holding him or that he is trying to sell me something every time he comes here. (did you catch that HB Bowman). Furnaces and heat pumps are out of my expertise but for the first time in a long time I feel we have a company that actually cares. The funny thing is all the things others have tried to push on us (except Bowman that tells you need a new unit) in the 40 years we have owned a home, we are going to budget for now and get done. Bravo for respecting the customer and Sheldon is a keeper.
