Daflure Heating and Cooling

Daflure is the third company since we moved into this house, and they are fabulous to deal with. Samantha at the office is always ready to help when needed and Sheldon, their tech who comes out, might be the best tech I have had service my home in my 60 years on the planet. He is thorough, very respectful of property and makes suggestions to improve efficiency and comfort. I don't feel like I am holding him or that he is trying to sell me something every time he comes here. (did you catch that HB Bowman). Furnaces and heat pumps are out of my expertise but for the first time in a long time I feel we have a company that actually cares. The funny thing is all the things others have tried to push on us (except Bowman that tells you need a new unit) in the 40 years we have owned a home, we are going to budget for now and get done. Bravo for respecting the customer and Sheldon is a keeper.

We were highly impressed by the service technicians, Nick and Justin, who were assigned to our heat pump installation project. They were extremely respectful of our workday, informing me when they would use tools that might disrupt the office. Not only was the work completed ahead of schedule, but they also did a fantastic job cleaning up. I was extremely impressed when I saw them vacuuming the area where they were working and walking. EXCELLENCE all the way. I placed an emergency repair call over the weekend, and the service technician (who was scheduled for maintenance 4 days later) listened to me & then assured and guided me to wait until the maintenance visit. There was a need for some cleaning and a need for replacement parts. He helped me understand the problem and what was faulty, and he fully explained what he needed to do to get my oil burner back to normal. In spite of his busy schedule with other customers, he took his time - all the time he needed to do the work and then confirm it was working properly. My comfort club contract covers both my A/C unit and my oil burner unit. I know I'm in good hands with Daflure.

FANTASTIC experience with the whole Daflure team. They really dug deep to find the solution that worked best for our home. We have struggled to heat our 1970's split level since we bought our home in 2020. Tim recommended a mini-split system to work alongside our existing heat pump, with a relocated thermostat. I'm happy to say that after the work Daflure performed, my family and I are warm for the first time in five years. A giant thank you to Tim and the whole install crew (who were also extremely pleasant) for the job well done. I highly recommend this team for any heating and cooling needs!
