I’ve had Bob Means plumbing do my plumbing work since we built an addition on our home in 1998. They have been prompt, professional, and polite every time. I have never had any complaint about their work, and on occasion they have gone out of their way to help meet our needs. The most recent technician, and new to us, Marc, was fast, informative, and very helpful.

My valve on my toilet needed replaced as I could not turn the valve (very old) and needed my toilets water line turned off. Tech was very knowledgeable n answered my 1001 questions. He gave me other quotes to have more work done and again answered my 1001 questions giving me his opinion on what would be best for that particular job without trying to rob me blind. I would refer Bob Means to anyone needing work done.

I woke up this morning to NO water. By 11, Dave and Tori from Bob Means Plumbing arrived and proceeded to problem-solve. They went into the well and repaired the broken pipe and we’re finished by 1:45. Dave fixed the toilet that had been running for a couple of days free of charge. They were both friendly, competent and a pleasure to work with. Adding to this post in December 2025, Julian fixed a leaking sink drain in minutes at minimal cost. This plumber is a retired person’s best resource.

Great response time. We were able to get a quote in the afternoon and full water heater replacement the next morning. Julian, the plumber that did the install, was awesome. He answered any questions I had and he did a great job with the installation. Very clean work and made sure to clean up the water heater room before he left. I would definitely recommend Bob Means plumbing.
