Thermal Solutions did a great job, five star! Dandi was thorough, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was friendly, communicated clearly, and didn’t rush the job. I feel confident our systems are in good shape after today’s visit. I’d definitely recommend Thermal Solutions.
We had Thermal come out to troubleshoot our furnace. They identified several issues and used photos to explain what they were. We decided on a new unit. They gave us several options and gave us time to research. A Thermal crew was there the next morning for the install. We couldn’t have asked for more polite and professional individuals. They had it working before they left and came to finish up detail work the next morning. All in all a great experience.
Called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Ethan was outstanding. Came in and got straight to diagnosing the problem. He communicated every step of the way. He got my air back up and running in no time. Ethan even took a moment to interact with my Yorkie who demanded his acknowledgment. Thank you Ethan for your outstanding work. I will call you all back for any further issues with my a/c unit.
Loved these guys. They were on time knew what they were doing. They Could explain everything exactly what was going on and so that I could understand. That’s helpful to someone that truly needs help with that.
