Excellent experience! Trace was on time, knowledgeable, and patient with my several questions. General experience with Southern was very good as well - booking an appointment was easy, and they are very tech savy. Organized and professional all the way around.
Most likely the best service we've ever had! They did our initial AC/ Heater Unit installation, Duct Replacement, UV Light Installation & Electro-static filter upgrade Installation. In the past week, we've had to call after hours for various concerns... (930 PM) due to a faulty filter connection inquiry...Technician Maurice called & assured the issue was safe for the night. Maurice then arrived the next morning. He was very polite, professional & disconnected power to the filter for re-wiring. The next day Jarel arrived to fully reinstall the filter system......That same night, our main AC unit stopped producing cold air. When we called the service line (after hours) they were very nice & arranged to have Juan visit (845 PM) for troubleshooting. He stayed for over 2 hours to determine a major short in the unit connection. The next day Braylon & Juan arrived (830 AM) to completely re-wire our main unit to working condition. There were no charges for any of the work performed. Very refreshing to know this standard of workmanship & professionalism still exists!
Logan recently serviced my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was operating properly before he left.
Logan was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and demonstrated strong technical knowledge. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Logan to anyone needing HVAC service—he’s dependable, courteous, and does quality work.
Editing my previous 5 star review. Everything seemed great at first. The guys came out on a Saturday to remove an old water heater and install a new one. I was overall very happy with the installers and their work.
But when I went into the attic to check everything a couple of days later, I noticed large dents and scratches with bare metal showing on opposite sides of the tank. Also, old parts and equipment like the old drip pan were left in the attic insulation. When I called about the issues, I was basically told that if they come replace it the new one would get scratched too because of the attic ladder supports.
I made several calls to the office but was not called back. Eventually the original installer called me back and said they'd make it right and I'd be getting a call from scheduling. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I've called a few times but I've heard nothing back.
