Wes and the IMPACT team have always been helpful in my HVAC needs. Incredibly reliable to get the job done and see it from start to finish. Not only that, but Wes took the time to explain what was happening in ways that I understand. I am no HVAC professional by any means, but I always learn something new about it all when I give him a shout. He's down to earth, affordable in his repairs / labor, and really cares about getting it right the first time. Can't put a price on that, in my opinion.
