American Leak Detection of Baton Rouge

Stephen has come to help us the last two days with a leak we’ve been having, the first day he came out to see if he could help us find out exactly where and what was causing it. The leak unfortunately ended up being more complicated than any of us thought and despite not knowing exactly what caused it, he made sure to come back today and oversee the plumbers we hired. The level of care and attention to detail that he exhibited was phenomenal. He explained things in a way I could understand, he truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him or this company enough.

We recently used American Leak Detection to locate a very small hot water leak in our slab that was revealing itself in our living room and kitchen. The scheduler was kind and helpful in arranging the appointment. The technician, Kiel, was very thorough and detailed while locating the exact copper line which was leaking. Ian Simms is a leak specialist and was at my house last week to locate the pipe or pipes that were leaking. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through this process. It was not easy to find the leak for several reasons, but he was very patient and explained everything he was doing. He located the manifold and explained the whole process!
