Dont trust them, they are rude and they also said if the laptop is damaged while repairing then its on us 😂 and the fun part is that owner dont know anything about the situation and taking side of technician which is not the good way to handle with customers. The communication with the technician was shady, not trustable.

They were insightful and helpful on identifying my cell phone's issue. Although it was not able to be fixed, the customer service was exceptional and I would come back if any of my electronics are broken. They are true technicians and will help you when your carrier does not. I would highly recommend.
