Theresa (the yankee consultant) paid us a visit and was very thorough in explaining the process and our options. She answered all of our questions with incredible patience and was unfazed by the general chaos in our house (dog, child, and all). She arrived on time and provided a very detailed estimate. We really appreciated feeling well informed without any pressure, and we hope to work with them again in the future.
Glen and Christian did a great job. Very friendly and transformed our bathtub area into a beautiful walk-in shower in 2 days. Glen explained everything as he went along. He checked where we wanted the grab bars, shelves etc., before placing, and demonstrated the shower head features. We are very pleased with the transformation.
My bathtub to walk in shower conversion was completed in two days and I cannot say enough good things about the whole process and the people I dealt with! From Greg Pryor the project Manager, to Joey and Luke and the rest of the install crew, everything was handled in a professional manner and I could see and feel the energy and pride they felt doing the work! Communications was terrific, the calls from the office and support during the project was above excellence, and this company has definitely earned my repeat business in the future!
