Knowledgeable, skilled, and honorable! "Honorable" might be a weird word for an online review, but - I brought my moto stylus phone in for a repair (the back, made of a softer material, was separating from the rest of the phone). It's a less common phone, and the gentleman didn't even blink at it, performing the repair while I got Christmas shopping done in the rest of the mall. The next day, the back started to separate again. They were very responsive while communicating over Facebook and offered to do the fix again with a new part. I'm thrilled with the repair and even more thrilled with the service. Thank you so much!

These guys were awesome. Fixed my macbook pro screen in leas than 1 week. I had mistakenly cracked the display with my headphone jack as I was closing the laptop. Took it to apple at first, and they weere charging ~700. The staff at FixitNY fixed it for a fraction of the price…. with original parts. I hope to not go there again 🤞🏽,hopefully my macbook doesn’t require any more repairs, but if I have to, I will probably pick this location. 10/10. Helpful staff, did not push for added services.
