It should be expected that sometime during the ownership of your computer systems there may be a problem with how it's functioning. Usually happens when you least expect it. Then the question becomes: "Now what do I do?" The answer is really simple! In all honesty, pick up your machine and take it to TJ at Spaulding Computer. TJ is the most reputable, honest and technically capable computer specialist I've ever met. I took my desktop to him as several of the files I usually see on my machine had disappeared. Although it took some time to recover the files, TJ resolved my access to the missing files, and commented that my hard drive - eve... It should be expected that sometime during the ownership of your computer systems there may be a problem with how it's functioning. Usually happens when you least expect it. I think having the fortunate opportunity to talk directly to a specialist as competent as TJ and to be able to trust his work and comments on your specific computer issues is paramount to anyone's search for help, but especially when considering the mental stress that might occur when the thought you lost all your files surfaces. The one thing that you'll never have to stress over is: "Where should I go to get this resolved?" As Kim Teiper said in her review: "He'll be my IT guy forever". Don't need a Geek - just TJ! BTW - don't stress over his fees either - He's very reasonable. And you can get hardware / software directly from him at very reasonable prices too!

I recently took some pc components that i needed tested to see if they where still working. I dropped things off on saturday by monday Tj had things done and ready for me to pick up. Not only was he professional and respectful,he was just a nice guy to a have a conversation with. Also just wanted to point out his few low reviews are due to misunderstandings of how technology works, not the quality of his service

Helped me run diagnostics on my son's computer to determine if his graphics card was adequate for gaming. Extremely helpful, explained things in terms I could understand, and very reasonable price for his time and expertise.

I went to one computer store and they automatically just wanted to buy a new keyboard, that's understandable for my issue. But Spaulding Computer went a little bit further and informed me that I did need a new keyboard, but it would be useless due to not being able to upgrade to windows 11. He was π― right. He didn't have to inform me of this but he did instead of me just wasting my money. Thank You, especially at a time like this.ππΌππΌπ―π―
