Square Luggage provided outstanding warranty service for my Eagle Creek bag. The repair was completed and returned far more quickly than I expected, just in time for an upcoming trip. Their team also reached out proactively to identify and repair other areas of the bag covered under the warranty. I brought a Chanel luggage bag to Square Luggage after being told by two other highly reputable companies that it would cost a hefty fortune to repair the luggage bag. Admittedly, it was in terrible shape. The wheels were filled with dust and hair. The handle completely came apart and required a special size. The bottom of the luggage bag was ripped. The zipper handles were also in need of repair. Not only was the luggage bag repaired within one week, the cost to repair ended up being less than the original estimate and the luggage looks brand new!
