This shop is beyond magical! From the customer service dept to the craftsmanship of repairs, Rago Brothers Shoe and Leather Repair in Morristown NJ will exceed ANY expectations you may have. I needed my Limited Edition Leather Down Maxi Rudsak coat to be rescued. This was a 911 situation! It's the dead of winter and I could not wear my coat because of a broken zipper! Elena of Rago Brothers revived my coat! She performed the most delicate, precise "surgery" on my coat and replaced the original zipper pull! I went to many places and was turned away. I even contacted Rudsak in Canada to no avail, however Rago Brothers and Elena saved the day! Honest professional, and the upfront pricing can't be beat. A jewel of New Jersey. Nj is definitely lucky to have this establishment in their state. Their mantra " Highest standards since 1911" Damn right!. I wish I could give 100 stars!

We are incredibly happy with our repair; Rago did a splendid job on our backpack! The turnaround time was quick, responsive and honest about the estimates and what to expect. The final result truly exceeded our expectations. We’ve already referred several friends to the service and will definitely return for future repairs. I’m only rating this four stars because the cost was slightly on the higher side—had shipping been waived, this would easily be a five-star review
