Hello, This review is to illustrate the optimal customer service I am experiencing in-spite of the fact I didn’t have a contract with them. Long story short: a third party (handyman) accepted a deposit of 2,894 from me on Oct 18. I cancelled the order Nov 1st when this handyman failed to provide a legitimate quote with cost and labor breakdown. No receipt for my check either. The handy man who I fired has not paid me even tho he tells people he refunded my $$. Capitol gas is trying to facilitate the return of my $$ and I’m so appreciative of their moral conduct. They repair screens too! If you have a dog like mine, these could be your new best friends. Gabe and the whole team took care of me like I was family. I think I've got the address updated in Google Maps now but may be worth calling to verify before heading over.
