Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing

We’ve lived in Santa Fe over 40 years now and were VERY disappointed in the work done on our property, it seemed like they had no supervision. They began stuccoing the house in completely the wrong color they needed to be constantly told how not to break things around the property, such as fences gates, and gutters, they haphazard took them down and were so poorly reinstalled. We had to hire a handyman to properly get our property functional again. This added additional labor cost to project that should’ve been handled by SantaFe Stucoo. The install people are very difficult to deal with in general, and I felt very gaslit. I highly recommend finding another company to work with that stick to their word and will work with their customer in order to provide the service that they essentially lied about. They talked a big game and seemed to much more competent than they actually were. If I could leave less than one star, we would do zero stars or even -2⭐️ “We did NOT like the way they work”

Santa Fe Stucco did the stucco on my house 7 years ago. They were very professional and responsive. The job was completed in 3 days. However, many cracks have formed and I'll probably have to restucco it again soon. The house is 30 yrs old. I think they might have done the job too quickly. I've heard it's good to let the brown coat sit for a while (keeping it wet) before applying the color coat. Needless to say, I'll never use SF Stucco again. Their warranty is only 5 yrs.

I just moved to Santa Fe. The warranty on my roof came with my house purchase. After a particularly heavy storm, I discovered a leak. I was able to get service the very next day! Diego was my roofing technician. I was really impressed by how thorough he was at my roof inspection and the above-and-beyond measures he took to make sure that he was able to take care of my problem. He communicated with with exactly what he found and the steps he took to take solve the problem. I will follow this up after the next big rain, but as of right now, I feel very confident in this company and their thoroughness.
