I bought new windows and a door directly from Pella. My windows and door installation will be done by factory trained installers. This is super important to avoid leaks, etc. The complaints you see on line on Pella have to do from non-factory trained installers!
We had a rolling-up screen door on our patio door, which needed to be replaced. We had the door replace about a year ago, and it never worked satisfactorily. But this time, Toren Ambrose came to work on it and he was amazing! It was not an easy fix, but he kept on it and it works much better than the fix last year. He was very knowledgable and persistent, and always pleasant. I can not say enough good things about the work Toren did for us!
Tonya at Pella did an amazing job on our windows and doors. We wanted to replace and fix up a few things considering how old the house is and she made it so easy. She had great communication, professionalism, and overall gave us great service. If anyone can do it, it’s Tonya.
