Our window installation was scheduled for the last week of February and two months later we are still waiting for the project to be completed. Pella neglected to submit a permit as required by the city of Santa Fe so the project was halted before completion. In the meantime we are getting no communication from the Pella team. I wish zero stars was an option. This is an update that another two months have elapsed and this situation is still not resolved. Our window installation is still not complete after a four month delay. In the meantime the exterior of our windows remain open to precipitation and are leaking to the inside. We no longer re... We no longer receive responses from Pella management via phone or email. I have never experienced such a lack of accountability from a business. Terribly distressing.

I have had previous experiences with the Pella product and am sold on its quality and durability. Thus, I want to focus this review on the customer experience. Pella made the window purchasing and installation a turn key experience. The team in Santa Fe helped me select the best product for my needs, promptly arranged for the building permits and then scheduled the installation. I only needed to provide the dates when I was available for the installation. I worked with ST2K installers and Jake was my job lead. The installing crew was extremely professional. They arrived promptly on the arranged dates, were extremely polite – lots of sirs –... I have had previous experiences with the Pella product and am sold on its quality and durability. The team in Santa Fe helped me select the best product for my needs, promptly arranged for the building permits and then scheduled the installation. I only needed to provide the dates when I was available for the installation. I worked with ST2K installers and Jake was my job lead. The installing crew was extremely professional. They arrived promptly on the arranged dates, were extremely polite – lots of sirs – and presented themselves in a professional manner. I cannot be more complimentary concerning the quality of the work. The crew worked rapidly but carefully, paying attention to the smallest details and carefully cleaning my house after each day of work. I am accustomed to having to clean myself after workers leave, that was not the case with Jake and his crew. The work was extremely complete. They took the time to not just install the windows but to make sure everything was ready for painting on the interior, all puttying, wall finishing and sealing completed. I will be painting the windows myself and I really appreciated this attention to detail. On the exterior the metal work was first rate. My house is shingled, making it difficult to fit the aluminum trim. The crew accomplished this without leaving any gaps or uneven joints. Finally, they sealed the metal trim completely and neatly. I am a very satisfied customer with the Pella product, the sales and the installation service I received.

Tonya at Pella did an amazing job on our windows and doors. We wanted to replace and fix up a few things considering how old the house is and she made it so easy. She had great communication, professionalism, and overall gave us great service. If anyone can do it, it’s Tonya.
