I appreciated talking to someone instead of leaving a message about scheduling an appointment. My appointment was scheduled quickly and the technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly. He also took care of another door issue and gave me advice to prevent some future problems.
Great service and prices to replace a sliding door. Some of my stucco had to be redone as part of the replacement, as well as adding grout to my floor tile. Overhead door coordinated and paid for the repairs in a timely manner. They were lovely to work with, too.
I called Overhead Door around 2:30 PM regarding an issue with my garage door, and the person I first spoke with understood the situation and took action. She assured me that a technician would arrive between 2–6 PM, and when I asked if someone could come around 3:30 PM, she was simply awesome and made it happen. Her team member, Bryon, arrived right at 3:30 PM. Both my husband and I were present, and Bryon assessed the garage door and fixed it in like 10–20 seconds, which was truly impressive. He explained that the door was fixed and demonstrated that it was working perfectly. Bryon was polite, extremely knowledgeable about garage doors, and shared helpful information that most homeowners would never know. We are impressed, grateful, and thankful for the excellent service and workmanship. Way to go Bryon! Way to go Overhead door company.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, answered our questions thoroughly. There was a delay in arrival time, but Troy called before scheduled time to let us know what was happening. A rare courtesy in services in Santa Fe!! Will highly recommend Overhead Door company to anyone who needs this type of service.
The person I first spoke with instantly grasped the situation and acted. She assured me that a service person would be here between 2 and 6 that day. A polite and personable young man was at my door at 2:00. He worked on the door I was sure would have to be replaced. He announced it was fixed and proved that it works. He was polite and obviously knows his business. The bill was quite reasonable and I didn’t get any sales pitch about buying a new door. I am impressed and grateful.
