They had to order a part and I still had my phone back in perfect condition within 24 hours. Will update if I experience any long-term issues with the repair, but am very happy with the immediate result!
Quick and good quality, done in 25 minutes. Had a shattered screen on my 16 pro max
Update: took Otterbox case off phone for first time since repair (2 mos) to wipe it down and the entire back was in pieces of extremely thin and cheap glass! I was quoted $300 from UBreakiFix to fix the back of my iPhone14 Pro so I came here for less than half the price. After it was repaired I had issues with my power button (which I thought was from software issues and kept trying to update) which then it completely stopped working. I called and mentioned the issue (yes much later bc I thought it a small glitch and my life is crazy busy) and they wouldn’t take responsibility saying their repair doesn’t impact the power button. ZERO issues before they fixed it! UBreakiFix said that the way the iPhone14 Pro is designed there’s a likelihood it could’ve been damaged in the repair. They didn’t take any responsibility and wanted to charge me $160 to repair it again which UBreakiFix will do for the same cost and said it now requires a complete disassembly and 5hrs of work to fix. I’ve never had a problem with UBreakiFix before and for that reason will NEVER return to this location. Also, they say they only take an hour to do some repairs but don’t calculate for other repairs they do concurrently and tell you it’s a three hour wait once you get there. Btw, it initially cracked bc I didn’t have my Otterbox for it yet. I definitely had it when the phone was repaired. They ran a diagnostic before the repair and identified no other issues AND I only got speedy service AFTER two visits and multiple calls to make sure my next visit didn’t require the extra time. The math adds up. You get what you pay for.
