I took my Dell laptop in for a battery replacement after being quoted $330 somewhere else, and they fixed it for around $110 total! They were so helpful on the phone and in person, and I felt like they actually cared about helping me instead of just charging me for everything. They were also super quick. I had a tiny touchpad issue from spilling something on it and they offered to look at it for free and cleaned it out for me. They saved me so much money and stress and were just genuinely kind the whole time! Happy I found them online!

Excellent service and communication. I dropped a desktop computer off the day before the weather turned bad. The next day I received a call from Wayne asking a few questions and updating me on what he found. Friday I received another call telling me that the system was up and running but had updated issues. On Monday I received another call that the computer was ready. When I picked it up on Tuesday Wayne explained the issues that were found and corrected. All this for an extremely reasonable price. It is rare to find this level of service today.
