Took phone in for broken screen. Got the phone back with a faulty screen and cracked back glass. They put a total of 3 screens on my phone and a new back glass. They fixed the original issue and the backglass they broke but now the screen bugs out when I put the phone on a wireless charger. 3/10 atleast they fixed the issue I brought it in for but its been a major pain and I will not be back voluntarily.
My wife is on her second phone in the last year or so due to damages and these people helped us avoid buying a whole new phone. They were friendly and got the work done in a timely fashion
So proud to have gotten my phone fixed. It was done in a speedily manner and I was satisfied very satisfied with how everything was done. Customer service was excellent and service was quickly done. I will use the service again. My needs were met speedily.
