Excellent Service ! My garage door needed repairs and regular servicing. The service man arrived as scheduled, He explained the repairs to me in detail prior to repairs being made. He performed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up after and even reset the code on my key pad and remote controls as an "after the fact" request on my part. The company also honored the price on a discount coupon I had that was expired. Courteous, Friendly & Efficient at a decent price. One cannot ask for more.

Messes up the install, destroying part of my drywall and when they come back out to fix it, they say no charge. Then I find out they called later and billed my wife $250. Scummy company who doesn't want to take responsibility. They called and asked me to take down the review as well

The Kitsap Garage Door team installed 5 doors on New Years Eve on my shop. The team was efficient, cheerful and competent, and did a great job.

Their service techs were very well informed and I felt good proceeding with their garage door installation. Been nothing but 100% satisfied since. Communications went smooth and can’t recommend John and his team highly enough.
