I dropped in for bobbins for my Bernina and was overwhelmed by all the fun accessories. With Joanne's gone, I'm impressed with the fabric selection. I'll be back as soon as I finish some projects.

My husband and I brought my sewing machine in as I thought it was broken. Long story but to keep it very short. I expected I would have to leave it to have it looked at. Instead, Adam took it over to a table and asked me what was happening with it. He immediately solved the problem. No charge. It wasn’t really broken, just user error. lol We also were looking at sewing furniture while there. Adam showed us what they had and how they work. We ended up ordering a Kangaroo Aussie. It arrived yesterday. Love it by the way. 😋. Thanks for such great customer service.

This is a wonderful branch store. I purchased a used machine from them, but changed my mind when I saw an irresistible deal from the Quality Sewing website.i picked up the machine I ordered from the website in the Silverdale store. I was dismayed to find that I needed a couple of items that I expected to be provided. The Silverdale manager gave me items from her stock so that I would not be inconvenienced by waiting for them from the website. Terrific customer care! They have fun classes, too.
