As all the other reviews have stated, Chris was extremely professional and polite! He replaced my battery, and he took the time to explain why I was having issues with the old battery. And it was all very affordable. We will definitely use his services again if we need to!
I brought my Xbox One in on Tuesday because it was showing an E102 error code. I was originally told the turnaround time would be about two days and that Chris might be able to look at it later that day. Although he wasn’t able to begin the diagnosis on Tuesday, he kept me updated and started working on it first thing Wednesday morning. Chris provided clear repair options based on the data storage needs of my system, and the total cost of the repair was lower than I expected. He was professional, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process. I received my Xbox One back in a timely manner, with a free diagnosis, updated system, and prompt communication whenever approval was needed. They did an awesome job! My phone was in there twice in less than two weeks (oops), and both times, it was fixed in a timely manner! Prices were reasonable and great customer service! Great communication, too! Highly recommend
After calling a few places for quotes to fix an iPad screen, KitsapFixit had overall the most affordable price. I paid for a replacement screen and within 24 hours I got a call that the iPad screen was installed and the iPad was ready for pickup. They even gave me a military discount with my military ID. Best repair place in kitsap hands down!
What an amazing service!!! We came from Brazil, had ann incident with my phone and easily found this place! The guy is extremely polite and in an hour I left the place with my cellphone fixed like new!!! He is American and speaks Spanish like a native speaker!!! Amazing!
