Kyle goes above and beyond unlike any mechanic I know. In complete panic, with a driving trip the next morning, Kyle diagnosed my car, got the parts (new thermostat, coolant, and belt) and fixed my car to ensure my safety and ability to get my son to PA today to play in his Youth Union games. Life can completely throw curve balls, and when you start your car one morning and the temp is not reading, check engine light comes on and you notice your car is burning gas faster than usual… not many can get you back on the road in 2 hours. Kyle you had my truck for 3 weeks and I had to keep calling you and after the 3rd time you finally called. The communication was not professional as well. I was told by your staff that you worked on it not them. When I bought my truck to you . I told you the engine light was on and did not pass inspection. After 3 weeks you still did not fix my truck. I had to take it to another auto shop and they diagnosis it and fixed it. What auto shop keeps your truck for 3 weeks and then the day you said it will be finish you come calling stating I need this and that. If you had diagnosis it correctly you would of found these issues not waiting 3 weeks to tell me when it is time to pick my truck up. Thank you This shop had my truck for 3 weeks and charge me 800.00 and didn't fix any of the codes that was on my truck. I had to keep calling the shop and getting updates on my truck. After he put my truck back together he tells me the engine light is back on and the same codes appeared back on the truck and I would need catalytic converters and 02.sensors. I was going to keep it there to get it fix but then my husband said no way he has already took enough money.I had to take my truck to another auto shop and they diagnosis it with no problem and told me what needed to be done all in 1 day. Kyle you had my truck 3 weeks and when I bought it to you . I told you my truck did not pass inspection. After the 3 weeks and I kept calling. I will have your truck finish on that Friday and it wasn't. I took it to another auto shop I. was diagnosis and fixed . Thank you
