We have used The Bug Gurus a few times now and they are the best! They are always so quick to respond to any inquiries or questions and they worked around our busy schedules. They’re very knowledgeable in what they do and come up with a plan to best serve your needs! Thank you guys!

They were fantastic! I called on a Friday afternoon to inquire if they would handle an underground bee nest. They scheduled our appointment for Sunday. They were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled, and called first to confirm with us. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the bees to be gone. They were gone in less than 24. Thanks to them I can once again enjoy my back yard without fear of being stung. If we ever have need of an exterminator in the future we will definitely call them again!
