I had an excellent experience getting my washing machine fixed. Jamie arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it repaired in no time. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I really appreciated the fast turnaround and professional service. Highly recommend!
Jamie helped us with a faulty touchscreen on our KitchenAid dishwasher. He got the replacement part on order right away, came back out to repair, and took care of all the warranty paperwork through KitchenAid. Jamie was fantastic and I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

Had a great experience i called becouse my washer was not working properly. He came told me that my particular washer had warranty and that he had the part on hand he was in and out within an hour. I'll definitely be having him back in the future. Thanks for the great work glad I choose you.
Jamie has helped us twice now. The first time, our washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t drain. It was a Saturday, and we didn’t expect to get service over the weekend. We had already started planning trips to the laundromat. On a whim, we called The Appliance Guy and spoke to Jamie’s wife, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She arranged for Jamie to come out the same day. He arrived within 30 minutes and had the machine fixed shortly after. We were back up and running less than an hour after we made the call. A few weeks later, our dishwasher stopped working. Based on our first experience, we called Jamie again. He quickly found the issue and had it working better than before. This is a small company that’s honest about pricing, explains their work clearly, and looks out for their customers. We highly recommend them.
