I’ve never purchased from Rigels before yesterday, but Jason's professionalism secured a customer for life. Jason provided such a transparent and comprehensive experience that I felt confident buying on the spot. A few things that stood out about my experience: - He stood up from his desk to meet me the moment I walked in and looked me in the eye. - Explained every feature clearly without being condescending or using "sales-speak." - He didn't push a sale or try to steer me toward a more expensive model. - He answered every single question I had and ended the transaction with a handshake and a "thank you." If you’re heading to Rigels in Moorhead, ask for Jason. He’s a class act, and I’ll be referring everyone I know to him from now on.

Wish I had read the other reviews first! Now that I'm here I see that I'm not the only one with a negative opinion of Rigels. I'll share my experience in hopes of helping the next person that my want to use Rigels for appliance repair. When my 15 month old and now out of warranty dishwasher broke I called the manufacturer to see if they would still help, they didn't hesitate to schedule a repair but wanted to use another local vendor. I insisted they schedule Rigels as I thought they were the best. Rigels quickly contacted me after the manufacturer scheduled the repair and without the need for a diag visit they ordered the parts. This seemed easy enough and was going well. Then the repair day came, I was not able to be home but the tech was able to do the repair anyway. When I got home that evening my dishwasher did not work at all and the thing he was supposed to fix was now worse than before. Needing my dishwasher I proceeded to check it over, the tech had unplugged numerous connectors from the circuit board and not put them back, this was the cause of it not working and I was able to resolve. As for the other issue I called Rigels back to schedule another service visit, again this was easy. The next service guy came out and I stayed home, showed him exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done and he just seemed confused and told that's how it is. Good thing the first guy left the repair instructions and part numbers from the manufacturer so I can fix it myself. Now a few days later I got a bill in the mail for the second guy to come out and do NOTHING! It's no wonder scheduling is easy with them they just want to take your money and not do the work. I'll never refer or use Rigels again. Whether your a homeowner, or commercial maintenance tech please stop using Rigels, there's better options in town!

If you value reliability, accountability, and basic respect for your time, I urge you to look elsewhere. Rigels Appliance Store has left our family nearly three months without a refrigerator. After waiting over two months for progress, we were told only then, that they “needed to order the part.” This level of negligence is unacceptable. It doesn’t end there. When our range broke down, it took six weeks before it was finally repaired — and even now, the range still has problems. The refrigerator is still not working, and to make matters worse, Rigels promised to come this morning to fix it but failed to show up. These appliances are fairly new, yet we’ve endured endless delays, poor communication, and outrageous costs that feel more like exploitation than service. Rigels has proven themselves unwilling or unable to provide timely, competent care, and their lack of accountability compounds the frustration. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and months of disruption. Rigels Appliance Store has lost our trust, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same hardship.
