I have a unique microwave/oven combo. Wanted someone else to come out and look at it. Spent 30 min to pull out unit check it out and then tell me its too old and they dont make parts anymore...then 2 hours later I just received a phone call to give me factory directs # to try and see if they can help. $149 for nothing seems a bit excessive...assume if you have a basic fridge or stove repair that your unit isn't 12+ years old these guys would be fine. Repairman was very nice.

He was very impressive in all aspects of the job, very informative, professional, personable and very detailed oriented with highest quality customer service. He diagnosed then repaired our Samsung dryer, cleaning all internal parts and the laundry room floor, ensuring the clothes dryer was completely clean and running before leaving. Thank you Brian for hiring such such a valuable member of your staff and representing "The Appliance Care" Company so well !!! We couldn't be more pleased!!!

Tyler did a nice job diagnosing and explaining our refrigerator issue. Thankfully it was multiple filters with issues and not the refrig. Then Installed a new garbage disposal in a short amount of time. Tyler and the office folks were all enjoyable to work with.

We just had Justin at our house to diagnose and repair our Samsung dishwasher. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. I also really appreciated the person I spoke to on the phone making the appointment. She was friendly, helpful, and clearly understands customer service! I will recommend this company to anyone needing help with their appliances!
