Had Morgan Miller out to our home recently for a slow/beginning to back up a bit floor drain in the unfinished part of our basement. Tech arrived within an hour of my call. As always with Morgan Miller, tech was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Assessed the issue, explained the process, problem solved, cleaned up and out the door within an hour. We’ve used Morgan Miller for everything from replacing a water heater, outdoor spigots, broken pipes, and line clearing. At this point, from our experience with them, we won’t even think about calling anyone else.

Morgan Miller Plumbing had, from the inspection to the completion, provided an attentive ear and was very personable & respectful. Plus they had a very competitive bid compared to my annual service inspectors ‘discounted’ quote. Bob Quirk ensured I was in great care; he brought in the cavalry on time, the team worked flawlessly, even with another contractor I had on site where extra care & coordination was needed. The team gave me advice and answering any questions along the way. With installing a supply line for a new outdoor spigot, they expertly found a way around, vs through or gutting a wall, to accommodate this feat. My kitchen supply & drain were rerouted to accommodate my new layout, removed & updated my old cast iron drain with care plus replacing/conducting several other jobs … ALL flawlessly. Very professional and I’m a very happy customer! I highly recommend them!
