Best Chimney Services

I was referred to Best Chimney Services by Critter Ridders, after engaging them to evict a possum from our attic. Best Chimney was needed to put a new cap on my chimney so that future generations of possums were encouraged to find accommodations elsewhere. Ryan of Best Chimney came out promptly and provided an immediate estimate, which I accepted on the spot. The cap had to be custom made and would take 3-4 weeks, but in the meantime very strong winds tore off the existing caps. I called Ryan and he and his crew came out the next day to put temporary protection up. I could not possibly have asked for better or quicker service. Ryan and crew are also friendly, funny and extremely pleasant to work with, which is always appreciated. The job was a complex one, as the cap was HUGE and the chimney itself was old—built with the house in 1978 and I’d bet had never had maintenance work done. Best Chimney had to powerwash, tuck-point extensively, and re-build several of the stone areas that fell apart with simple powerwashing. They also recommended a great company to me for some flashing work that was needed. I would recommend Best Chimney Services to anyone! They are terrific!

Ryan and his crew were excellent! They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. Ryan is a great young man, knowledgeable, honest, sharp, completely customer oriented and relentless when it comes to meeting a challenge. We had challenges matching our brick, which is no longer in production, but Ryan figured out an excellent solution, which involved more time and labor than he originally estimated, and about which he never complained.
