Had to do a major overhaul on the sewage/plumbing lines. Juan @ Pierpoint was very professional and had my house and yard put back in the best condition he could, given the circumstances. Can’t even tell they took the fence down!

My tech arrived on time & was quick with the video inspection on the sewer. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call outside of normal business hours, you’ll get a call answering service. They won’t know pricing, but they will be able to set an appointment for you. Their website is solid though and has pricing laid out.

I’ve used Pierpoint Plumbing a few times now, both for my residential and business plumbing. We had a water heater issue come up at one of the rental properties. Austin reached out to an inquiry I submitted online in search of a reliable plumber. He was able to accommodate me the day of and take care of the issues. I reached out to Pierpoint again when we noticed our main drain at our home was backing up. They sent their technician, Juan, to come snake the main line. No work had been done only had the an estimate performed. The crew were very polite and professional. They gave their assessment of the work needed and cost. We appreciated their advice and now have a complete understanding of our situation. There was no charge for their time to give an estimate.
