No work had been done only had the an estimate performed. The crew were very polite and professional. They gave their assessment of the work needed and cost. We appreciated their advice and now have a complete understanding of our situation. There was no charge for their time to give an estimate.
Had to do a major overhaul on the sewage/plumbing lines. Juan @ Pierpoint was very professional and had my house and yard put back in the best condition he could, given the circumstances. Can’t even tell they took the fence down!

I’ve used Pierpoint Plumbing a few times now, both for my residential and business plumbing. We had a water heater issue come up at one of the rental properties. Austin reached out to an inquiry I submitted online in search of a reliable plumber. He was able to accommodate me the day of and take care of the issues. I reached out to Pierpoint again when we noticed our main drain at our home was backing up. They sent their technician, Juan, to come snake the main line. Juan was professional, communicative, and pleasant to work with. We are on the home stretch of setting up a new rental property after having some remodeling done and realized the flooring installed was not compatible with the current plumbing to the toilet. Of course, I called Pierpoint and got the same reliable service we have since beginning to utilize their company. Unfortunately, when I called I miscommunicated the issue stating I needed a flange replaced- however, we ended up needing new pipes installed. Juan was sent again, and did a great job taking care of the issue. The job was more complicated than expected but Juan maintained professionalism and flexibility throughout the repair, displaying the same friendly attitude he had during our previous services. As a rental property manager, I’ve worked with a lot of tradesmen, and it has not been our common experience to find reliable, good-attitude, and efficient services. It is clear that the standard at Pierpoint is all of those things and will continue to be our go-to for plumbing needs!
My tech arrived on time & was quick with the video inspection on the sewer. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call outside of normal business hours, you’ll get a call answering service. They won’t know pricing, but they will be able to set an appointment for you. Their website is solid though and has pricing laid out.
