This locksmith is outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell they’re true experts. What really sets them apart is their integrity. I was charged less than retail because the locksmith thought that the retail price was too high. How often does this happen?
Ezra came to our condo to repair the hardware on two door locks. He identified the problem and clearly explained it. After completing the repair, he had me check to make sure the doors were working properly. Great service!
Territorial has always been the best. There aren’t many of these trades folks around anymore! I had a very special key blank – a titanium old-fashioned Mazda marque symbol – basically a piece of jewelry. I needed to make sure someone would cut it correctly - as it’s a one of a kind and it had to work. That’s why I took it to Territorial. When I explained that it was a special birthday present for myself, he refused to charge me! I left a two dollar bill on the chessboard after I checked to make sure the key worked perfectly in all the doors, ignition and trunk. Silly, I know. …and an absolute pleasure!
