Gate-It Access Systems

I purchased my gate from Aaron 6 years ago and it has been amazing! The gate has only gotten better with age and is rustic with metal horses. As with anything mechanical my gate has needed to be maintained and I have found the service department to be knowledgeable and efficient in keeping my gate running great. So from design to installation to service 6 years later I still would never go to anyone but Gate it for any gate needs. I highly recommend Gate it to anyone looking to secure their home with an electric gate!

Aaron who is the owner of Gate-It will promise you the world then under-deliver. It took 2 months longer than he told us it would take to have the gates installed. Most recently Gate-It came out to do a "free maintenance" check that the very same night resulted in issues with the gate. Albuquerque was having terrible weather so we chalked it up to a tree limb getting in the way. However, both sides were having issues. It wasn't until our neighbors told us that the gates kept opening and shutting that we knew we had an issue. We called Gate-It to come out and fix what they had broken because the gate worked fine until they came. $150+ later the owner Aaron refused to return any of my calls to his cell phone, office, office voicemail or messages left with his staff. I paid the bill but assured then it would be the last time they ever got a dime out of me and I am leaving this review so that people looking to do business with Gate-It will think twice before they do so. Their way of doing business is cowardice and irresponsible!
