Steven was an absolute delight. Not only did he talk me through all the options I had for repairing or replacing my broken laptop, but he also sent me to see another repair shop for a second opinion before I decided on anything. When I realized that buying a new computer was the best option for my particular situation, he helped me transfer all of my data and even met me at 8 in the evening so that I could get my computer day-of. Being so earnest and knowledgeable in the realm of computers, I will be sending all of my friends to Steven for efficient, practical and pleasant (he's very funny) fixes for our technological problems. Steven (the Computer Guru) fixed my laptop fan problem in less than two hours after I dropped the computer off(!), so I didn't have to be without my computer for several days. I bought an excellent system from the Computer Guru and it was an excellent decision. Today I had a small glitch. He fixed it in seconds. He backs up his work and he is truly great to do business with, highly recommended! Call him before you waste your time anywhere else.
