John worked diligently to understand the issue with my EPSON printer. He discovered, after hours of investigation, that the problem offered a simple solution. It was not mechanical in the strictest sense, but rather a problem I had created by not seeing a push pin that had jammed the printer head. He made the discovery and everything works perfectly.
