Earlier this year we discovered we had water damage in our bathroom. It was so bad that it forced us to replace the tiles, the floors and one of the walls. I reached out to Kaupo and he was pleasant from the start, gave us a reasonable price and accommodated all our requests throughout the process. He pretty much did the entire thing after the water damage company did the demo. He even painted the walls for a discounted price. I got to see his hard work and amazing craftsmanship, he took good care of our house and I felt safe going to work while the remodeling was in progress. He also didn’t up charge us like some other contractors would’ve, he genuinely seemed to care about the work he was doing. I couldn’t be happier with how the bathroom turned out! We really loved working with Kaupo. He provided an honest estimate with unnecessary rip off costs like some contractors we hired before. Showed up right on time for work. Adam was the one who did the work who had years of experience in tiles. He was a nice dude and we loved his work. We felt that Kaupo and the team didn’t chase after money but instead wanted to provide a valuable service. We highly recommend them to anyone. We will surely rehire them for continued work in the kitchen and bathrooms
