I had a leaky shower and I need a part and some help. I called while sitting in a different suppliers parking lot. They could have easily turned me away, not their shower not their problem. But they didn't. They helped me out and saved the day. Thank you Therma-Glass.
We ordered a Therma-glass double rolling shower door through George Morlan plumbing about 18 months ago and we have LOVED it! Recently one of the rollers popped off and we couldn’t get it back on, so we called Therma-glass. Grant immediately assured us that the product is still under warranty, and offered to send replacement rollers for no charge. They arrived quickly and work perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service!
