We had a very large main bathroom mirror come loose from the wall creating a real hazard. Mark came over within a few minutes and fixed the issue. Very kind and responsive. We used Custom shower around 10 years ago for a custom shower door and to upgrade some bathroom mirror trim and it’s been flawless. Thank you for great service.

Customline is an excellent company. We ordered custom shower doors 15 years ago for our previous home and they did a great job. Mark took measurements for 3 bathroom showers and 3 vanity mirrors at our new home and Lawrence and Charles did the actual install. We are really happy with the install and impressed with their customer service. Mark was professional, very knowledgeable and really pleasant to work with. He was very generous with his time answering questions and taking very accurate measurements and considerations for uneven wall angles which we were not aware of with our older home. We really appreciated his thoroughness and advisements. When it came time for the install, Lawrence and Charles were great. They were very pleasant and polite and their work was top notch. They left the area clean and neat and the shower doors look fantastic. Thank you Mark, Lawrence and Charles for doing a great job!
