Bridge City HVAC

When our furnace went out between xmas and new years, we did all we could to troubleshoot it ourselves, but came up stumped. I wasn't happy with the HVAC company I had worked with in the past, so I went to a list put together by my home inspector who had come out a couple years before and found that she had recommended Bridge City HVAC. I also would absolutely recommend Bridge City HVAC. They worked me in and came out that morning, then returned to fix the problem later that afternoon. The prices were of course more than I wanted to pay, but seemed fair and for the urgent service they provided I was happy to pay them and get my heat back working. The communication was excellent, the service people that came out were helpful, respectful, and gave me choices and good advice to help me make the call while knowing my options. Although I hope I have many months and years before I have to call for HVAC service again, when I do, I'll be calling Bridge City HVAC.

We really appreciated with providing different options that fit our needs as getting both AC and furnace replacement. Also it was great to have the flexibility, no pressure as trying to understand all information, what works best, options for financing.... The installation was great and quick, everything works great. Information and instructions were provided, questions were answered to help with using the new systems. 👍 Thanks
